Kyra did such an amazing job with my husband and I. We were first time home buyers and she made the process so easy. From all of the house appointments to finally closing! 10/10. She will definitely get the job done in a professional manner!

She was super helpful and patient with my family as we looked for a house. She also went above and beyond and helped us when we needed an airbnb. I felt that she had my families best interest in mind and fought for us to make the home buying a smooth and easy process.

Erin is one of the best realtors in the area, hands down. She walked my wife and I through the entire process and ensured we understood each step until we found our perfect home. She always followed through with communication and was prompt at all times. She was also able to identify the best homes that fit our needs and requests. I would recommend her to anyone that is in the market - you will not regret it!

Erin Warfield was a life saver. The odds were piled against us. Due to job commitments, time zone differences, relocating and switching jobs 17hrs across country on my own with 2 little ones, and the busy demands of the current market, it was almost impossible for my husband and I to find a home. At one point I wanted to give up or lower our standards on our home wish list. It just seemed we were not going to find a home with the current demands in homes along with finding a seller who would take our strict VA offer over so many "cash as is" offers going around in 2021. Erin was persistent and remained positive, so I remained hopeful and focused. In the end, she miraculously helped us find a beautiful home, great location and commute, in budget and well within our standards on our wish list. If you are interested in home buying or selling truly recommended Erin no matter how impossible you think your mission to success is. Even after her job was completed, she was there at closing, happily entertaining my 2 little ones, and she helped my husband surprise me on his arrival in country for closing. I had no idea he was returning. This is the true definition of going above and beyond your duty for your clients. She has a ton of knowledge of the business and a huge heart for people. I can never thank her enough?? If you are not in Ohio Area I recommend you contact her for a referral of an another motivated Agent in your Area.

Erin is the best of the best when it comes to realty. From our pre-approval all the way to the day we got our keys, she provided us with support, advice, and knowledge in buying our first home. Erin goes out of her way to be responsive and make sure you understand each step. Being that the housing market is so hot right now, we feel so lucky to have found the perfect house for us.
