Evan was amazing. He made us feel like we were his only client. He is very knowledgeable and timely about communication. He made sure that we always knew what to expect every step of the way—especially helpful to us as first-time home buyers. He also had a list of contacts or other professionals needed in the home buying process. We use several of them and we're very pleased with all of them, especially our attorney, Genevieve Daniels. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience with Evan. We will definitely recommend him to all of our friends in the future.

This is the third (at least) real-estate transaction for which I've engaged Evan's services. Evan and his team are capable and informed, knowledgeable about their markets and trends, and provide clear and timely information related to performance and progress. Most importantly, you can count on Evan to always advocate for his clients' best interests.

I'm someone who can be somewhat critical when giving reviews (hence 2 4-star ratings for Evan), but we had a very good experience working with Evan. He's very down-to-earth and gives you straight answers and opinions.

Evan helped my husband and I when we were looking for a house in Evanston/Wilmette but still living in Seattle. We were first-time buyers and I feel very lucky that my job put us in touch with Evan, because without his help I'm not sure we would have ended up in a house nearly as nice as the one we got. Evan's understanding of the psychology of home buying and data-driven approach were incredibly helpful. We felt we could trust to give us solid, empirically based guidance no matter what we asked, and learned a lot about what to avoid/seek out through his impressions of homes. He is also a very smart, fun person who we were happy to get to hang out with! We ended up a house that surpassed all of our expectations, which we attribute in large part to having Evan's guidance throughout the process

Evan was an incredible realtor, and helped us find our dream home -- quickly and from another state. He helped us to get acquainted with the area by driving us all over Chicago and surrounding areas. He then helped us locate and visit many wonderful homes that met our criteria, giving us candid advice regarding the pros and cons of each. He always made time for us, and we never felt rushed or pressured. He was also an organized, responsive, and effective negotiator. Overall, the process could not have been more smooth and painless. We would absolutely recommend Evan to anyone!
