Fawn was incredible! My wife and I are relocating to Texas from Florida and Fawn was able to accommodate us remotely every step of the way. She was able to show multiple properties in less than 48 hours notice, helped negotiate a great price on our new home, and worked hard through the options period to ensure we got everything we wanted. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

I have had the pleasure of working with Fawn twice now and she has been absolutely amazing. Her professionalism and dedication to her clients is above no other. She took the time to find out what I wanted and helped me find the perfect home for me. She held my hand from beginning to end and stayed positive when I was ready to throw in the towel. When I tell you GOD IS an AWESOME GOD he IS?? When we found out we were moving we initially had mixed feelings. The housing market was CRAZY these past few months & all we could think about was finding the RIGHT house, the RIGHT School in the RIGHT Neighborhood for our son. We initially flew out to Texas to meet with Fawn & hit the ground running touring houses. Unfortunately all the homes we viewed were either pending offers or officially SOLD! STRESSED & nervous that we wouldn’t find a house in time & God led us to the right one a few days after we left touring the previous homes! Fawn Bevineau & her team team were on it & immediately hooked us up with a virtual tour of our home & BOOM her and her team locked us in so we wouldn’t miss out! Their communication was on point & they made sure everything was perfect. If you haven’t worked with Fawn & her team you need to! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Her & her team ??

There are not enough words to express the gratitude we have for Fawn! She was by our side of the entire process of selling our home in San Antonio. Our house was sold much faster than we expected. She made the process simple and stress-free. This was especially pivotal because we had already moved to the Dallas area when our home was put on the market. Fawn is the BEST!! Thank you Fawn for everything you did to help me purchase my home. I am military and Fawn went and above and beyond for all of my needs. She took her time to answer every question and was always available. I would definitely recommend, especially if you’re military.
