We recently bought a beautiful Home in Kirkland with Shweta and can't boast enough about her skills, knowledge, and dedication to her work. From the beginning of our house search, she was very honest and upfront about pointing out the pros and cons of each property we visited with her. Her knowledge of the market and the insights she provided were invaluable as we narrowed down our options. Her data-driven approach, market expertise, price evaluation, and regular market updates she provided helped us avoid surprises and gave us the confidence to make the best decision. Shweta's network of professionals was a great asset. She connected us with the right lender with whom we got we got an incredibly low 6.25% interest rate(without buying any points), reducing our stress during the process. I had toured a few houses with Lan in different areas in and around Seattle and eventually closed a townhouse in Fremont area. He is very knowledgeable and flags things proactively (such as area crime rates, closeness to highways, maintenance heads-up based on age of the property etc.). He helped me with buying a new construction presale townhouse. He was very prompt in following up with builders and keeping me up to date with various information throughout the process. He also provided great contacts of lenders and inspection companies that ended up choosing after some some shopping. I highly recommended Lan and looking forward to working with him in the future and will definitely refer him to my friends.

Shweta was very helpful. I came in as a first-time home buyer without really knowing what I was looking for. Shweta helped me refine my search and create a realistic set of requirements. From there, her knowledge and expertise were very helpful when it came to valuing possible properties. I bought my home in a seller's market. Meaning homes were selling for significantly over asking with multiple offers. Shweta's help and understanding of the market helped me make a competitive offer on a truly wonderful property. Without Shweta, I probably would have ended up going with a much cheaper property thinking I was getting a deal. But with her input, I began to realize that the "cheap" properties are that way because they are either very risky or not worth fixing. I'm incredibly happy with my new home and I'm very excited to create lasting memories here.
