In my experience as a first time home buyer, the entire process which started off as an exciting and nervewrecking life decision quickly turned into a nightmare/headache that we couldnt wait to get rid of! Gabriel did NOT explain all the details and risks involving loosing your S grove account in fact we was under the impression that putting the Sgrove on the house simply "holds" the house for us and if things didnt pan out we would get it back at the end of it all... what a load of LIES! $1,500 later plus the $375 wasted on a inspection and we have nothing to show for it. Why? Because Gabriel isnt effiencient enough to cross his T's or dot his I's when emailing important paperwork between us and our bank. In fact when we informed him that we never recieved the emails he was asking us to respond to, he had to go back and resend everything. When he did that he never thought about the bank never getting there copy of the emails either so a week or 2 of us doing every thing he asks and then our bank informs us gabriel never sent them any emails and they cant complete our request in the given time frame due to how late they recieved the emails from gabriel and how close the agreed closing date was. Therefore loss of money, time, and effort on our part but a whole lot of knowledge on what NOT to look for in a realtor. IF I COULD YOUD HAVE NO JOB!

Gabriel is a fantastic Realator. He went above and beyond to help us get into our home. As first time buyers we had so many questions and Gabe was very knowledgeable. We recommend him to everyone we know and will use again if we move.
