George is very professional and one of the most experienced realtors in the Bay Area. He has represented me three times in the last 6 years and very recently, for the first time selling my property in the South Bay. It is needless to say that the pandemic has brought new challenges and uncertainties into the equation during this unprecedented time. With George’s skill sets and knowledge of the current market, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my home became top viewed listing over the social media. His network of connection was very broad and within the first few days, we already got heavy traffic of interested home buyers. The knowledge to put in special proper protocols for viewing during a pandemic and be able to listen carefully to my preferences was nicely done and goes without saying. George has demonstrated to us that he is not only the best as a buyer’s agent, but also for the seller’s agent during a challenging period. We have appreciated George for his honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, and no-pressure approach. Months ago, when my fiancée and I started looking for a home to buy, I asked around and one of my Fiancées friends referred George to us to help with the home buying process. But at the time, we ran into another agent and never got around to connected with George. We spent months with that agent and quickly realized that every home and every neighborhood was great to him as he had hoped to make a quick sale. That’s when we decided to find George again and contacted him. We could say by far that’s the best decision we made in our home search. Very quickly after we shared our preferences with George, he got to work and started showing us homes. He is very calm, patient and respectful. Unlike our first experience, he would give his own professional recommendations regarding area and homes and was actively looking for what we had in mind. About a month after our first meeting, he found us our dream home in a market where homes were selling in days with multiple offers and no contingencies. After a couple of weeks of getting our offer accepted by the seller and already placing our deposit, we had bad news that our lender denied our loan. Heartbroken I called George to cancel the deal in escrow. George again told me to stay calm and collective, and reassured me that there was still a hope to overcome this obstacle and introduced me to one of the lenders he has worked with for years. Our second obstacle was whether the seller would agree on an extension in such a hot market. Again, George went to work for us and convinced the sellers’ agent to extend our time and connected them with my new Mortgage lender for reassurances. The Mortgage agent was as well rounded and experienced as George. He helped me get the right loan and get approval for the loan in about 2 weeks. I would highly recommend George as the BEST Agent who would use his calm and collective demeanor coupled with his communication, knowledge and skills to fight all the way for his clients. We were not able to make any offers with George, due to a combination agent abandonment/estrangement, that's why it's "Methinks not". The pattern working with him was - nice, charming, knowledgeable, available on weekends - rushed, ignoring, forgetful on weekdays. He never explained if he was not available on certain days, if he worked as an agent part time or full time, if he had another job or business at the time to keep him busy, or if working with our type of clients was not of his preference etc. After viewing houses on a weekend, we asked a question about a house, and he said he left a message for the seller, but they wouldn't reply. He never got that information for us. A few days later I contacted the seller myself, got a comprehensive answer in 10 minutes. Then we wanted to consider 2 houses viewed on a weekend, asked questions and to provide disclosures, so to be able to choose which offer to make. We got part of the questions about 1 of the houses sort of answered by George, some comps (not all we asked), and a promise to get back with the rest. It never happened. As we didn't make an offer on the first house right away, George just disappeared, and completely ignored the second house. We decided not to keep pushing and asking, since any sluggishness would be dangerous after making an offer. I have all those emails saved, since he doesn't even seem to remember, so much he didn't care about us. When getting a real estate agent, ask them it's their full time job, and about their schedule/availability. We talked to other agents in SV after, and they disclosed their job status and schedule.

We had really fantastic experience working with George.He is very professional and responsible in what he does.He advised us very well throughout the process and was available all the time to answer our concern.We highly recommend him.All in all, George made us comfortable with the process and helped us secure a great home at great price
