Greg was very knowledgeable of the Bethany Beach market and responsive to calls and emails. He priced the house to the market. We had a number of showings and he followed up on all feedback.

He went above and beyond to get us the information that we needed about the homes and the area we were searching in. We lived in the Baltimore area and we were looking for a house in LSD land (Lower, Slower, Delaware). Greg listened to what was important to us in our dream beach home. Greg previewed homes for us, which allowed us to maximize our time looking at only the houses that met our dream home criteria. We felt that Greg was extremely helpful in helping us find and purchase our out-of-state beach home.
