Working with Heather was the best decision that I could have made for my family. She got me $15,000 in concessions as well as $19,000 off asking price! She checked every box that I had in my "list of demands" and let me tell you... that was a pretty steep list! She explained things to me in ways that I could understand. I do not speak house so at first I was overwhelmed. She has videos to explain the process and what to expect.

My husband and I have had THE BEST experience with Heather! As first time home buyers, we were so new to the process. Heather educated us EVERY step of the way and made us that much more comfortable with our decision to buy! Heather is a master at negotiation. She got us the BEST possible deal on our home! We even got it under appraisal value and a lower interest rate than we were expecting! Heather cares deeply about her clients, even going as far as working on holidays to ensure we got our offer in on this house as soon as possible! I was impressed that our offer was accepted the first time! This is a common theme for Heather. She has a very high acceptance rate for first time offers. On top of this, she works super hard to make sure the process goes as quickly as it can so you can get into your new home as soon as possible! From the time we saw our home, to closing on it was only a 2 week process! That’s unheard of! This is why Heather beats out cash offers all the time which is important in this market! Heather is amazing! We have worked with multiple realtors in the past and didn't have the best of experiences. Those experiences actually discouraged us from looking for a home for a couple years. When we were referred to Heather, that all changed. She made what we thought would be a painful, long, and arduous process painless, peaceful, and easy. When she gets the green light, she doesn't mess around. She will move mountains and work miracles for you. You'll be surprised how everything turns out far better than expected. As first-time homebuyers we had a lot of nerves and questions, but Heather was right there with us handholding the whole way. She was always available and engaged throughout the whole process. She is extremely skilled at negotiating and is one of the few that actually care and will advocate and fight for your best interest.
