Heather was very informative, up to date, and responsive. She was very knowledgable in her area of expertise and if there were questions she was unable to answer she sought out the answers and quickly called or e-mailed me back. She had a remarkable "people sense". Her approach was always professional but she knew the right time to offer encouragement or try to alleviate fears. I felt complete confidence in her.
