Nathan Coons did a wonderful job in selling my Mother’s house after she passed away. He and his wife did an amazing job of photographing the house and describing it for the MLS. Selling a house as an Estate has different requirements than a regular sale and Nathen knew exactly what needed to be done. This sale turned out to be difficult to close for a number of reasons and Nathan kept us informed at every twist and turn. He is very friendly and professional as well as being an extremely diligent and knowledgeable realtor. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone needing the services of an excellent realtor.

When we finally found the house we knew we had to have, Nathan put us in a position where we felt we were ahead of the competition from the start. With his professional demeanor and expertise, we were able to come up with the strongest offer, not just in price, but in every aspect of an offer. This was in a VERY competitive market. He was also very responsive and checked in with us often throughout the entire process. We knew we were in good hands!
