James is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable realtor who has helped us navigate both renting an apartment in the city and now buying our first home. He held our hand through every step of the process and ensured that we were always prepared and informed for the ups and downs of the buying process. He was always available to answer even our smallest questions and made sure our interests were well represented in all negotiations. Not only is he a great realtor, he is really a terrific person and we are grateful to call him our friend. We can’t recommend James and his wealth of knowledge enough.

I have dealt with a lot of realtors and I can honestly say James is THE BEST realtor I have EVER dealt with. He listens, does the research for you and gets you what you need all while being extremely kind. He is very passionate about what he does and he truly wants to help you buy or sell at the price you want. He has done both for me...he helped me purchase my first home, he then helped me sell it and he also helped me buy my 2nd home. And when it's time to move, I won't go to anyone else but James. I how consider James a friend rather than my realtor. Like I said, he is simply THE BEST out there and a pleasure to work with and talk to.

James was highly recommended by a colleague and he lived up to the recommendation. James was very responsive and went out of his way to help us along the process (he even drown down from New Hamshire once to look at a property with us.) James was very knowledgeable about the home-buying process. He is also very personable and maintains a relationship with us even months after closing the deal.

Working with James was great! The first apartment that I was trying to get fell through but he quickly found another one for me that was in the same area, within the same price. He is so comfortable to work with and doesn't feel like a salesman trying to get an extra buck. He helped me through every step of the process, and even with my 1,00 questions he never made me feel like a bother. I would 100% recommend him!

James help me find a house quick , he is always on my time, communicate very well with all technology tools. James has a lot of resources that can help me from the begining of the purchase all the way to the final that day . I was impress with his work ethic , he is team player communicate well with everyone that were involved in the transaction ...
