JR is an absolute gem. He has been very responsive and super on point with 1000 things that goes into buying a home. Along the process he is now a friend and my family knows him too. Thats the kind of personal he gets with you, which is seldom to find these days. I would surely recommend JR to anyone looking for a home in Howard or Montgomery county.

Words do not even begin to describe how wonderful Nicole is as a realtor! She was incredibly knowledgeable of the Baltimore real estate market and was able to guide me through the entire process of being a first-time home buyer. I had the unique experience of house hunting while working across the country, and Nicole was consistently flexible with my schedule and willing to go above and beyond in every aspect. Her excellent communication skills helped me through purchasing a house even with the time difference of being on the west coast! I couldn’t imagine this experience without Nicole and HIGHLY recommend reaching out to her with any needs or questions!

Faced with a compressed timeline for selling our home due to an out of state job opportunity, we were doubly anxious as this was our first experience as sellers. Ceit was able to keep us informed, reassured, and confident in the process at every turn, despite constant questions from us and curveballs from everyone else. She demonstrated expert knowledge of our local market, as evidenced by the list price she established and the outstanding offer she ultimately negotiated - both of which were higher than what other agents had estimated, all while dealing with a dearth of direct comps. She made herself available to assist in numerous and even unexpected ways, always demonstrating the highest level of professionalism and maintaining a positive, approachable attitude. Ceit is very simply among, if not the best in her field.

Great experience with Nicole. She advised me what improvements to make and what I could skip when selling a long term rental. Understood local market conditions and advised a perfect price point in a sweet spot that got traffic and generated a quick offer. Helped bring in a smooth settlement and communicated with me often the whole time. Great experience would totally recommend.

We met Kora at an open house earlier this year. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive so when she asked if we wanted to work with her, it was an easy, yes! She immediately connected us with the stock in the areas we were looking at and helped us distinguish what between a must and want and visualize what were looking for. Even though we had to stop looking for a few months, Kora was still responsive and helpful during that time. Once we started looking again, having already visualized what we wanted, it was easy to recognize it when we saw it. Kora had the connections to show us some homes prior to their open-houses. She was also honest about ones that were not the best fit for us. Kora used her expertise to help us get our first offer with good contractual stipulations on being able to do an inspection, tests, and an appraisal so that we could be confident about our purchase. She guided us through the entire process seamlessly. It has been a pleasure working with Kora and would do it again in the future.
