Jamison was unbelievable in every aspect of selling our home! He keeps up with the industry changes, and is very knowledgeable with what is going on in each market. Every time I had a question or needed to get in touch with him, he responded immediately and always had the right answer. If your house is in need of repair, he knows and works with a huge network of people that do quality work for a reasonable price. He also has a small team of professional, patient, and very knowledgeable people he works with to get your job done. Would I hire him again? Jamison is the guy I'd call! We first worked with Jamison in 2016 when we traveled to Arizona in search of a second home. He walked us through 18 homes in 3 days, exhibiting boundless patience and energy as he got to know us and what we were looking for, and we left after a week with an accepted offer. When we permanently relocated to the valley 14 months later, Jamison assisted with the purchase of another house. He has also provided valuable advice to us as we put our first house up for rent. Seven years later we found ourselves relocating again and needing to sell. We never even considered working with another realtor. As a seller's representative, Jamison’s expertise and feel for the business was absolutely apparent, and his patience in full display as he successfully navigated us through the difficult and emotional process of selling to move out of state. In addition, he provided expertise and guidance with our purchase of a new home out of state. All that being said, he’s also a heck of a nice guy, charming and fun to be around. Jamison was awesome through the whole process of buying our home, he went above and beyond. I went and looked at many homes with him, he was always courteous and on time, a true professional through and through, and I’m very happy with the outcome.
