I highly recommend Janely to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She helped us the first time in 2017 buying our second home and just recently when she helped us sell our condo. She is very detail and responsive, each time I called or texted she responded right away. She will guide you through the whole process and made things less stressful. She is very knowledgeable and it was a real pleasure working with her.

I don't even know where to begin. I met Janely at Disneyland when she over heard my phone conversation with my wife about how unhappy I was with our realtor. After hanging up the phone she approached me reassuring me that my thoughts and opinions were correct. She then gave me advise on how to talk to my realtor, which questions to ask and how to get the most out of my home buying experience. being a first time homebuyer and using a VA loan I didn't even know I had so many options and possibilities for me. She then told me if I needed anything else that I was more than welcome to contact her. I went home that day and told my wife about the extremely nice woman I met and all the great information she gave me. The next day my wife and I made a decision to let my current agent go. After that I contacted Janely Sandoval and asked her if she would be my new agent. She graciously accepted. Not one week later she got us a showing at a home we had seen on Zillow 3 months prior that wasn't even on the market anymore! When we saw it we fell in love. We put in an offer and it was accepted that very day. In less then 60 days we were in our dream home. Janely was a God send. She super knowledgeable in her field. She is confident in herself and her abilities. She is aggressive in getting her clients just what they want and more. I would reccomend Janely Sandoval over anybody. If you want an honest, caring, knowledgeable and overall outstanding real estate agent then you want Janely Sandoval. My family couldn't be happier.

Janely Sandoval- Janely didn’t just put her heart, time and energy into finding us a dream home. No ! She didn’t just sell us a simple home on her list. No! ....She unlocked the beautiful history and generations that embodies the walls of our home. She expressed that it’s not just a house but the beginning of a new wonderful path filled with timeless memories. For that I am forever indebted. It brings tears in my eyes as I write this. We are so humbly grateful and wouldn’t be able to thank her enough. As first time home buyers the process can be extremely overwhelming and having a fully trusted agent is beyond a must. Janely was that agent for us. She is extremely educated in her field and her confidence shines through. No stone unturned, no obstacle she can’t power through (and we had a lot of obstacles). She embraces challenges and tough situations with open arms and ready for a fight. A fight to make sure you get everything you wanted and more! Our experience was “Top Notch”!! A lot of agents go through the motions, put in their time and push you into ridiculous directions for their own financial enrichment. This couldn’t be further from the truth about Janely. She truly cares about her clients and builds a amazing relationship with them so much that I can honestly call her a friend now. The best part is that you have found her and now get to experience the blessings that she brings to your family. Janely is the real deal hands down and your life will be changed forever. Memories last a lifetime and we will forever remember the day we met Janely.
