My husband and I were combining households with my mother who can no longer live alone, as well as relocating from the west coast. We had a long list of requirements we needed in a house to make it work for all of us….Janet was relentless in helping us find what we needed (which was anything but easy). She is a highly skilled professional with an in depth knowledge of her market, and myriad helpful connections in the Knoxville area. Highly recommended.

Janet was such a huge help to us. We were buying a house in Knoxville from another city, which in the market at this time was quite tricky. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND taking care of things for us since we could not be there in person for everything. And she treated us like we were million dollar buyers, though our price range was far from it. Her reputation in Knoxville is stellar! So many people in different areas of the housing industry whom I came across during the process had only the utmost respect for her when I would mention her name to them. It was such a relief to hear them gush over how great she is. I would recommend her to anyone! We certainly plan to have Janet represent us again when it comes time to sell.
