Cindy and team did an incredible job hunting all over four counties to get us to all our marked listings. After nearly 20 tours, Cindy had figured us out and showed us one that wasn't on our radar. Needless to say, it hit all our must haves and we put an offer on that day, and we are now happily moved. Obviously the 47 years of combined experience, definitely says it all. Janyce and Cindy are exceptional real-estate agents. Their knowledge and expertise, speaks for itself. Working together as a (tag) team, I found was crucial, because there is never any downtime. And believe me, time is of the essence when your trying to sell a home. My greatest regret is not signing up with Janyce and Cindy, to represent me, from the inception of listing my home. After having a bad experience with another realty company, I met with Janyce and Cindy in person. At that point I knew I had the right realtors. I should have already known that, because they had my daughter and son-in-law's home sold, over the first weekend of being listed. If your able to use the services of these two wonderful ladies, take advantage of it.

Amazing and responsive realtors who know the local market well. The did an amazing job coaching us on the best way to prepare our home for sale and their photographer did an amazing job representing our home the best way possible for sale. I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to sell in the area.

We worked with Cindy and Janyce for close to a year to find our house--they were straightforward when asked their opinions and did not try to sell us on houses that they didn't think were right for us. They know the Hudson Valley well and gave us great insight into the towns we were considering. The house we ultimately chose was their find, in a totally different town than we were considering, but they were right--it was perfect. They were also just fun and personable to work with!
