Jared really helped to bring up issues and point out problematic house features that I had not thought of or noticed. Without Jared, I would have put offers on the wrong houses. You can't put a price on that kind of service. I would recommend Jared to anyone looking for a great realtor. He is excellent to work with. He gave great recommendations and advice throughout the process of buying a home. I was always well informed of what was going on and knew what to expect throughout the whole process of buying the house.

Jared assisted me in the purchase of my first home. Jared is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with! He was professional, friendly, and willing to answer all of our many questions. He definitely made us feel at ease through the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
