Jason was exceptional in every way. He was always available no matter when we called: morning, afternoon, evenings, weekends, etc. He kept an eye on the market and gave us advice on what he thought we should do. I can't recommend Jason enough!

Working with Jason was not only seamless, but it was easy. His knowledge of the real estate market is top notch and understands what it takes to get a sale. I’m incredibly impressed with his tenacity. Jason is technologically savvy and incorporates it in every aspect of his work. I was able to complete all listing paperwork via email, sign offers, and complete everything except the actual closing from the comfort of my home. He communicated with me via email and text messaging, which made it convenient to answer and respond to questions without interrupting my daily routine. Jason also looked out for my interest as the seller when multiple offers came in by recommending a course of action and supporting it with reasons.

Jason was always available to answer any questions I had. He took a genuine interest in making the sale for me and was able to get me a sale price I was happy with. It was a pleasure working with him.

Jason Lipsher is an amazingly attentive realtor. He returned calls promptly and never gave me bad advice. I liked him so much when I bought. That I also hired him to sell a lot for me. He knows his market.
