After finally deciding to stop paying rent and to purchase a home I was very fortunate to find Jason Luna. I would highly recommend working with Jason for your home buying needs. He provided excellent guidance throughout my journey of purchasing my first home in a highly competitive market and neighborhood. I am very appreciative of his patience in showing me so many homes until I was able to satisfy my extremely specific (picky!) needs, all while working around my work schedule. Jason showed exceptional professionalism and helped me to understand each step. He did a great job at finding homes that met my needs within my budget, while never pressuring me to make a decision or offer an amount that I felt uncomfortable with. His experience and expertise, particularly as a licensed appraiser, allowed me to feel confident deciding on what amount to offer in a highly competitive market. Working with Jason I felt that I truly had someone looking out for my best interest in the complicated home buying process. I recently had the opportunity to celebrate Thanksgiving for the first time in MY home. My two cats and I are extremely grateful to Jason for his assistance! Thank you, Jason!!

Jason was super responsive when I started looking, and when a place I liked came back on the market, he texted me at midnight so I'd be able to get in and look at it again. Through the whole process, he provided touch-points for me when I needed to ask a question of the HOA or get information from the inspector. And when the loan almost fell through, Jason found an alternative and helped me get everything taken care of in just a few days. I could never have done any of this without his help.

I highly recommend anyone that is looking for an agent to go with Jason! He was very professional and is all over any questions that come up throughout the process with quick response time whenever you need him! I will work with him for future deals and will recommend him to anyone looking for an agent! Anytime I had a question on how the sale was going or what was next in the process Jason was always quick to respond and always found the answer if he didn't have it on the top of his head. His local knowledge of what is going on in my area was above and beyond!

Right from the initial meeting with Jason I knew I was dealing with a professional who knew how to sell a home. Answered all of my questions and even some I didn't know to ask. His calming demeanor is just what is needed in the chaotic real estate business. Jason always answered my texts promptly (even early Sunday morning). I would not hesitate to call Jason or to refer him to my friends for any future real estate business.

Jason was very helpful with the purchase of our new home in Broomfield, CO. I highly recommend him. I will definitely use his real estate services again if needed in the future. Very professional and cares about what the customer needs/wants not what the "realtor" needs and wants. Thank you Jason!
