Wade is responsive, knowledgeable, communicative, and helpful. During the process I felt comfortable asking him any questions I had and he would respond quickly. If I had to rent another place I’d want him to help me again.

Wade is an amazing agent! He spent months helping me find the perfect home that fit all of my wants and needs! He answered all of my emails and texts in a quick and timely manner. He knew a lot about the area and the best places to look. Wade went above and beyond helping me to negotiate the terms of my lease and getting my home quickly! I would recommend Wade to everyone looking for a home in Miami!!

Jay was my realtor from July to December of 2023, he was absolutely terrible. Possibly the laziest person I’ve ever met and did zero due diligence along the way. He listed my place at the wrong price point, failing to understand that other listings came with a land share and only showing me comps my exact building. After I singed the listing agreement he said he would not be coming to any showings, smugly saying, “this isn’t million dollar listing.” After showings, he provided zero feedback and did not follow up with the interested buyers. I heard from others he was short on the phone when people called about my place. He managed to get the place under contract but the deal fell through at the last minute because he lied to the buyers, and then in turn lied to me about the reason the deal fell through, which cost me hundreds of dollars. Jay’s communication over the six months was terrible, the final 6 weeks, I only heard from him once, and it was for 3 minutes. He did zero marketing and was arrogant to deal with, saying “Im the only realtor that can sell this place.” When I asked him to do some marketing he said “Im not a salesman”. The worst of it is that Jay never offered any sort of apology. Ive worked with some of the realtors in his office and they are even worst than him, they have little to no experience and completely unprofessional, especially Maryann, she is the worst. He’s nice at first in order to get the listing, but then he becomes the laziest person I’ve ever met. He’s so lazy that when I finally asked to terminate my listing agreement he left the lockbox locked at my house instead of driving 5 minutes to retrieve it, and he couldn’t even terminate the listing agreement properly, all he did was cancel the listing on the MLS and failed to provided the correct paperwork. Sadly, Jay has no desire to be a realtor, each step along the way I had to baby sit him and prod him to do the smallest tasks like making a simple phone call my association for details in regards to my unit. Jay completed ghosted me at the end offering no responses. Beware of Jay and his team.

It was wonderful, Taylar made my search for my first home enjoyable. I had my doubts about finding a home. We have been searching for several months & nothing to my liking within my price range, but she kept being optimistic about it. Thank the heavens, I found my home & I have Taylar & her team to thank for that.

Working with Wade, I was able to find an apt in my desired neighborhood with ease. He was so helpful and I appreciate all of his time and effort! Totally recommend and would trust him to help me again!
