Erica did an outstanding job of helping us find a house in our budget that we loved. In fact, the first house we looked at with her was the only one because we loved it. Josh was an amazing realtor! He was very quick to respond, very knowledgeable about the area, and handled EVERYTHING! I made no appointments or anything, he took care of it all! He’s super friendly and not pushy at all! He really looks out for what’s best for his buyer! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing! She knows the market very well. She explained everything to us and was phenomenal at getting us through the process! She got our closing to nothing out of pocket and even receiving money back. She was great at negotiating our repairs we requested and was very responsive to our calls and messages! She always kept us up to date on everything. If you are looking for a great knowledgeable realtor Erica is the one for you!!

Erica did a wonderful job in assisting me through the process of selling and purchasing my home from the beginning to the end. She was very responsive. Scheduled showing. Took the time to contact providers to help with needed repairs in preparation to sell and buy. Assisted with all crazy paperwork and was present at the closing. She was very responsive. Helped me to find a home in my price range. She communicated well and kept me updated. She knows a lot of people in the community and can answer any questions. She is very knowledgeable about homes. She has a great attitude and wants to help.
