Jeff has to be one of the friendliest people I have ever met. That and his knowledge of the City of Baton Rouge made him so helpful for a first-time homebuyer. He always made sure to accommodate any requests I had while keeping inside the preapproval amounts and making sure the area was best for me and my interests. His advocating for patience helped me to find the perfect place, and his negotiation skills got us well within the budget!

We feel so lucky that Jeff Furniss was our realtor during the process of buying our first home! We didn't know where to begin and he helped guide us through each step and was there for every question or concern.
