Hello all!! My Fiancée and I had the most enjoyable wonderful experience working with Jennifer and her team!!She made all our homebuying needs priority and quickly set up meetings with her, and house walkthroughs!!Her and her team answer very promptly and in polite manner. They addressed all our needs, criteria, and concerns with care and attention. She also was very patient and helpful through the dealing with the sellers, lender agency, and title company. Her and her team were a driving force to make all the pieces come together easily and as made our experience enjoyable. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with through the entire buying process. I highly recommend her to anyone with real estate concerns as she is a licensed realtor and can perform a variety of functions. I know I will definitely, look forward to future purchases, if the opportunity present itself in the future!!!

Our home search started with looking into a new build. Jennifer Smeltzer was the listed contact agent so we gave her a call. This happened during the holiday season. Jennifer was out of town but after speaking with her she put us in contact with Jonathan, a member of her team who met with us the very next day. I have a disability and unfortunately the two houses we looked at were not going to meet our needs. Jennifer promptly contacted us to find out what our needs were and immediately started the search for our perfect home. Our needs are very specific so this was not an easy task. Jennifer had several homes to view within a couple of days and we began our search. Not only did Jennifer provide multiple homes to view, she also put us in contact with a VA representative to help us with our home loan needs. Jennifer was always prompt in returning calls, meeting with us on schedule and making sure all our questions and needs were met. She is very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in and never pressured us to make a decision. We never felt rushed and she treated us like family only looking out for our best interests. Jennifer is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. If you want a no pressure experience, someone who truly listens to your needs and treats you as if you are her only priority then Jennifer Smeltzer should be your choice as a realtor. Jennifer did a great job, one of the best we have worked with. She is prompt with answers, and conscientious with all the various tasks. Definitely knows the market and was able to get us the best price on our house. She listens and responds with the best options. Gave us excellent advice during negotiation process and coaching. Represented us well.

After I signed the list agreement with Jennifer, I had very little to do. She took control and handled every little detail to sell the property, making the entire process seamless.

I found Jennifer on Dave Ramsey's site and she lived up to expectations. After I sent her my list of wants she sent me a list of house, and everyone of them was on my Fav list on another real-estate site. Our first day visiting houses I added a pivot of another house, she made it happen. After viewing it we offered. With Jennifer's help we made the deal happen and she even helped to shorten the process. thank you Jennifer for making this so smooth.
