Jeramie is the kind of realtor that goes above and beyond for his clients. I can not recommend him enough. From driving over an hour late at night to get us keys to getting us items from Nashville for a specific inspection we needed to handling communications with the mortgage company and appraiser, he does it all. He fights for his clients to get them what they deserve and thoroughly explained the various processes to us so we really understood what was going on or what needed to be done. Jeramie is amazing and we really appreciate all the ways he has helped us out!

Jeramie was great to work with. He listened to our needs, and what we liked and didn't like, and led us to properties that we were interested in. He took the time to help through the process and finding the home we were looking for, and stayed with it through closing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Jeramie is really knowledgable, friendly, and supportive. I highly recommend him. He used strategy that was explained right from the beginning. He did 2 open houses that were extremely successful. Our home was sold in just weeks.
