Jerilyn marketed to us at the right time, as we were planning a move out of state. She visited our home and within a week had two potential buyers. The second buyer made an offer that was accepted. Jerilyn was with us not only during the entire selling process but also helping afterward with all details of closing the home while we were out of state. We highly recommend Jerilyn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

I worked with Jerilyn to purchase a home in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It was challenging because I was living out of state and would be purchasing the home sight-unseen, and also because the homes were selling very quickly. Jerilyn was so responsive to all my needs! I would call her to schedule showings and she usually scheduled them for the very next day. She would tour the house with me over FaceTime and she would notice little things other realtors may have missed. We had to submit offers on 5 different houses before finally having an offer accepted, and Jerilyn was always so thorough, professional, and patient throughout each transaction. She has also been responsive after the sale in resolving some loose ends. I would highly recommend Jerilyn to anyone!

Jerilyn is the very best in the business. Trustworthy, thorough, and genuinely a nice person. She sold our first home in Brighton very quickly and then helped us find our dream home. I can’t say enough about Jerilyn. She knows the houses that are coming to market before they are even listed. She recently helped a friend find a rental property too. She can cover all aspects of the real estate market.

Jerilyn is very good at what she does. She knows the area well and represents you! She keeps you up to date on all happenings on your listing and prospective buyers comments and how showing went. She is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. She is a very hard worker!! We loved her.
