When I met Jessica, I knew immediately I would enjoy working with her. We needed someone to help us sell our home quickly and at top dollar. Jessica came in and transformed our home into a true beauty and we received multiple offers after our open house. I could not recommend a better, more professional, and honest realtor to work with. Hands down the best realtor NJ has.

Jessica was very effective and sensitive throughout the process of buying and she went the extra mile helping us customize the property with refinisged floors guy, and several other craftsmen. She's offered great advise constantly even towards home improvement and what's trendy etc. Its,been great working with her. She makes her clients super comfortable.

Jessica quickly understood the reasons why I was unable to attract a bid for my home with a previous agent. She made clear and affirmative recommendations for changes needed to properly stage the house. The resulting bid received within weeks of the listing resulted in a successful sale. Jessica not only went out of her way to provide resources to achieve success, she also promptly addressed all issues and concerns during the process. I was happy to engage Jessica in my search for a new home.

I had been trying to sell a house in Clinton NJ that I had purchased and rehabilitated with the help of a General Contractor. The lovely old Victorian (now updated) house had been listed with a very highly rated realtor for one year without any offers. I gave the house to Jessica to list after no movement for the year and even though she was not local to Clinton, she used her contacts to co-broker with a wonderful local realtor. She thoroughly evaluated the house, explaining what still needed to be fixed or changed. The other realtor had never done that evaluation which, in hindsight, was critical to getting the house sold. Jessica Roisenvit then did a mini-staging that really showcased the strong points of the house. A bid was put in on the house within a week of Jessica taking over!! Jessica is a miracle worker. She is knowledgeable, hard-working and diligent. Because of her expertise, creativity and vision I was able to sell my house in very little time. I wish I had used her from the beginning and would use her again in a heart beat. Do not even think about using anyone else to buy or sell your house.

Jessica is a hard working, responsible Realtor. She helped us sold a large house in Green Brook, NJ. We lived far away from the property. She worked as if she was the owner. From staging the house to arrange for inspections to deal with attorneys. She is the best realtor and a very kind hearted person I have ever worked with.
