Selling my house with Joanne Gillet was an exceptional experience. She and her staff at Edge of the Beach Realty made the sale of my house a very easy time for me. She and her staff were always available, every thing was explained in terms I understood and she and her staff stood by me from the moment I signed the contract to list with Edge of the Beach Realty through the signing of closing documents and beyond. Joanne got the job done when another realtor couldn't. I had previously used another big box nationally recognized realtor to list my house, but in six months that realtor couldn't get the job done.
