Joe Watson with Remax was referred to me by a friend of my family and I cannot say enough good things about his commitment, integrity and professionalism. Selling my childhood home and settling my family’s estate was a very emotional process for me especially doing so remotely from out of state. Joe and his team made the process of purchasing my first home as easy as possible. Joe was there to walk me through all steps of the process from viewing the property to making an offer and closing on the property. He made sure I always knew what the next steps would be in the process and what I needed to do to complete them. Additionally, he provided me with great recommendations for a loan officer, a home inspector and real estate attorney. This was extremely helpful to me as a first-time buyer because it was one less thing I had to stress about. I cannot recommend Joe and his team enough when you are searching for your new home! They made the seemingly daunting homebuying process as easy and painless as possible for me as a first-time homebuyer.
