Joe was our buyers agent for a reverse mortgage for purchase, not a type of transaction a lot of agents will even take on, in fact the first house we had under contract fell through on an FHA financing technicality, and Joe felt so bad he paid for the appraisal which had already been completed! He then rearranged his schedule in just a couple of days to show us more properties, and we had our offer on the second property accepted. Thankfully, this one went through without a hitch, and we ended up with a larger, newer and less expensive house! I highly recommend Joe Yates as an experienced, caring, and skilled real estate professional.
