This is the second time I have worked with Andrea. We worked together when I purchased and when I sold. She is amazing! Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She is super easy to work with and guided me along the process expertly. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home to work with Andrea.

Leslie has been our agent during one home purchase and one home sale. Leslie has also been an agent for one of our family members for one home. In ever case, Leslie has been remarkable. We've sold and purchased three previous homes, and we have worked with agents to find rental properties. Before Leslie, we have never worked with an agent who we would choose to worth with again. Every previous agent had some terrible flaw that left us frustrated. Leslie, however, has never been anything but ideal in every situation. She is honest and frank, which is the most important quality of any representative that we would choose for ourselves in any business transaction. Also, Leslie was the first agent who was able to work reasonably with nuanced instructions about our priorities on finding a home. Other agents struggled to understand that the calculations associated with choosing a home are more than a simple ordered checklist. Priorities shift based on the degree to which other priorities are met or exceeded. It was a pleasure working with Leslie. We are disappointed that we will not be able to work with her in the future.

Leslie was not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she was extremely proactive at a time where it was hard to arrange showings etc, as we had to come into town from two states away. During a time-sensitive inspection on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, she was even able to pinpoint a problem with the roof, and arrange for a contractor to come Labor Day and estimate costs for repair when everything was shut down. Just one example of the many times we SEEMED to have hit a snag but Leslie paved the way! So happy with what she did and the perfect home we were able to get! Thanks Leslie!

after 4 years of searching in OC we finally found our place. Leslie helped every step of the way- she had roofing people, locksmiths, engineers.. she knows everyone and would literally get down into the crawlspaces to help us.
