John is a great guy to work with. After he took us to the houses we chose to look at, he would contact us with houses that had similar features. He listens to his clients and is willing to show them anything they may be interested in. He was willing to drive far distances to show the requested properties. Thanks so much for your hard work!

John always works hard for the client. He showed me 23 houses in one day until it got so dark we had to stop. Want to see homes at 7AM in the morning .. call John. Some realtors just sit around and wait for the sale to fall in their laps, not John he gets up and gets out there and does the honest work !

John did a great job getting my house sold, and for the price I wanted. He has great negotiating skills and is able to get deals done. Will be using him again and always recommend to anyone needing a quality realtor.

Although listed as a Real Estate Professional, John Burns goes way beyond that title. We met John through chance while looking to purchase a home in Palm Coast, FL. We were from out of town so John made sure that none of our time was wasted. He did his homework by compiling listings that matched our requirements. We could tell that he worked late into the night. Then, with great patience, took us to all of the properties of our interest. He also took us to properties not on our list to complete the range of options available; options ranging from those recently-built to new homes in gated and un-gated communities through the alternative of obtaining land and building a home to our specifications. He went about his work with patience and gusto and his enthusiasm never wavered, even after a full weak of hunting. He stuck to his motto that we "have to be happy" with out selection; we never felt pressured. He stayed in touch after we left town and kept looking until the right property was located. He saw us through the purchase and our relationship didn't end there. He introduced us to vendors for any skilled work and ensured outstanding work at a reasonable price. John went way beyond what anyone can expect of his title; we have lots of stories to back this claim. In today's world of turmoil and chaos we found John Burns, a true people person. John is now family.

I have bought and sold many houses, and the realtor experience with John was the best..EVER.He was knowledgeable and had a keen insight into negotiating the best deal for. Professional and insightful.
