John was an amazing and excellent communicator. He explained everything question and gave me some quality knowledge about buying a home for the first time. Him and his team was amazing and put my needs and wants first. The negotiating skills and experience with other agencies and what a home should have or shouldn’t have was awesome. He was very honest and kind as well as a lot of patience with me and my lack of experience. I would definitely recommend him to others. Thank you!

John was very helpful and responsive with our buying and selling. He was straight-forward, honest and not salesman-y :) which I appreciate. The photographer he used was also great. With these things, we felt like we were valued and were paying a fair price for his service.

We just completed a transaction using John as our realtor to buy a house . I do not hesitate to recommend John to anyone buying or selling a property. He is proactive, was always quick to respond to any questions, and very professional in making sure all all the parts and pieces needed in real estate transaction are completed properly. He really cares about matching up the buyers with the property that will make them happy. He doesn't seem to just be trying to make a quick sale but will point out issues with a house that from his experience concern him and direct one to the resources necessary to investigate any issues further if needed. Also, he is very personable and good-natured. A pleasure to work with. Buying or selling a property is usually stressful, but John is great at providing the support and information needed to keep the stress low. Five stars!

John was a very valuable resource for my family. We thought we were ready for this next major milestone, and John walked with us every step! He was diligent, responsive, and had so much wisdom to share. He was honest and realistic regarding the houses we walked through, and expressed both concern and encouragement when it was needed. When asked, he was able to estimate within a couple thousand what a given house would go for, which was an extremely valuable skill for our financial planning. We placed a couple of offers, got beat out, and decided that we would ultimately wait for a few years before trying again. John assured us that he would be here when we were ready.
