John was excellent to work with and got my home sold in just two weeks. I was very busy moving and going through a system conversion at work, I had no extra time to spend on getting my house ready. John took initiative and offered to arrange many appointments on my behalf. I appreciate the extra mile he went for me and made the experience a smooth one. Johnny’s very professional, responsive and had great communication throughout the whole process. Thank you John!

Joey did a great job helping my husband I purchase our first home. He found out what we were looking for and him and his team were on it. The entire team was great but Joey’s responsiveness was outstanding. He responded to every text, email or voicemail promptly and answered every question for us along the way. We started our process of trying to qualify for a home in August of 2022. The lender Brandon walked us through every step of that process and by the end of September we were looking at homes. We were moving from San Diego CA to Hemet CA and James from Joey’s team was great. They knew the area and He met us on several occasions to see houses in Hemet. He didn’t make us feel rushed and was very Knowledgeable. Joey negotiated for us and our offer was accepted on a home in September 2022 but that escrow was canceled. We found another house we wanted in December and we closed in January 2023 and all is well. Joey answered all of my questions during the closing process and took his time explaining the whole process. I plan to recommend Joey and his team to friends, family and anyone that asks me for a realtor.

Before going into the process of purchasing a home we had so many questions and so many concerns. Jose and the team from the beginning were so helpful and always answered our questions even , even the dumb questions I had. We went through many homes with James and even took a break from looking at homes because of all the uncertainty that there is going on in CA. One theming that I truly appreciated from Jose and his team is that once we stopped looking at homes we still kept communication and it was never anything “pushy” , he always reassured us and even though we weren’t ready at the time a few months later when we were they welcomed us with open arms once again. They made the entire process so easy for us , Brandon as well made everything in the process so simple for us and always answering our questions and our concerns. They all worked very hard for us to find a home in the price range and conditions we wanted & THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! We were first time buyers and did see a few realtors before making the decision to go with Jose’s team & im very glad we did because or experience with them from the very beginning to the very end has been amazing. The team has been recommended to our family and friends and we will continue to recommend them. Thank you again Jose & to the entire JA team.

I met Jose from an interested home buyer when I was selling my home (for sale by owner). This prospective home buyer didn't proceed, but Jose kept in contact with me offering his real estate services. I was initially not wanting to involve any agents while selling my home, but realized that it was too complicated not to, time was of the essence as well to sell ASAP during the hot market. Gave Jose and his team a chance and they were all very professional, hard working, communicative, and dedicated. With Jose's help and expertise, I was able to successfully sell my house within 2 months of officially listing, also sold for a much higher price than what I was selling for (without agents). Thank you Jose and the team for your hard work and patience with me lol during this process. I highly recommend Jose and his team to anyone wanting to sell or buy.

I switched to working with Joey after searching for a home for 2 years with a different realtor, and being in escrow 3 times. Joey got me into the ideal home within 30 days. The home has had many complications, but he's been there every step of the way - I wouldn't have moved forward if it wasn't for him. As a single, first-time buyer, the process had been stressful with no one to bounce ideas off of - but Joey turned it into a fun and pleasant experience.
