Josh is extremely knowledgeable in the market and he sold our condo last year and now this year he sold our townhouse. He also found us a great home to purchase as well. He is a very genuine and honest person and offered us a great package as we used him for all 3 transitions we had. I would definitely recommend Josh for any real estate needs.

I started the process of purchasing my first home about two years ago. Since I decided I wanted to buy a home, Joshua has been there every step of the way. First, he told me what was need in order to buy. He broke down the process into simple steps and gave me a game plan on how to get “purchase ready”. Over the course of these two year, Joshua consistently followed up with me to see how I was doing and ask if I had any new questions, which I always did. In June, I found out that my wife would be starting medical school in July and our rush to buy a home began. Joshua was very patient with us through the process while my wife and I were freaking out. With some market expertise and valuable connections, Joshua was able to connect us to a lender, find us an apartment, and have us under contract with a closing date which was set for the week before my wife started medical school. To say we couldn’t have done this without Joshua’s help is a massive understatement. I know that I will be using Joshua for my future home purchases and have recommend him to members of my family and close friends. Thank you again for everything Josh!

My wife and I worked with Joshua for nearly 3 months until we found the perfect home. I can't say enough GREAT things about Joshua, seriously. He was very patient, easy going / no pressure, highly knowledgeable about the area, school, price / SF, amenities the homes/ condo properties had , etc etc... He always responded to all my emails and texts even when I probably texted too often, he's the real deal and I will absolutely continue sending him referrals as well as use him in the future for other homes we plan to buy. Highly Recommended!

Josh was extremely patient and diligent throughout the whole process; being from out of state we needed guidance in regards to everything needless to say he was extremely responsive with all questions and concerns. Wonderful experience overall!
