We have used Judy as the listing agent on several homes and rentals. She has always professionally handled our transactions. Her customer service is excellent and she is very responsive with any questions we may have. Best of all are her negotiating skills. It’s great knowing that your agent is doing all she can to get her clients top dollar.

I came into this very scared and not sure of what the process would be. Judy was FANTASTIC in all areas. From getting the house ready to sell, listing my house, and closing. The process was smoother than I could have imagined and everything happened so fast! Judy kept me informed of what was going on and got back to my random questions quickly. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.

Judy helped us both buy and sell our first home. She was a joy to work with from day 1. Honesty and integrity are traits I hold very dear, and Judy exemplifies both. She ensured we found a home that was right for us and never attempted to push us into anything we were even remotely uncomfortable with. When we sold our home, I was shocked at how fast we were able to find a buyer. Both escrows closed on time and we were 100% in the loop on every step of the process thanks to Judy. I'd recommend Judy to anyone looking to buy or sell.

The experience I had with Judy was unbelievable, as I was a first time buyer in a brand new environment. I had already had a shaky experience with the first agent I first chose when I began looking for a home and was a little leary by the time I walked into speak with her. Judy is a smart person and she also works with a competent staff (The Home inspector she works with has advised me several times since I purchased the home. He has walked me thru the little fixes he recommended, so I had a better understanding of how to go about the them). She listened to me on my likes and dislike and knew my purchasing power. Judy sent me to a select number of homes to view and then got a gauge of what I was interested in. From there she only sent me to homes she believed were better suited for myself. Judy also knows the Modesto and surrounding central valley environments very well as she has lived in the region for most of her life. I enjoyed working with her thru the whole process and if I knew you personally I would definately recommend her.<br/><br/>Robert Scott

Judy went above and beyond the call of duty when she helped us by our home. Driving from Stanislaus county to Calaveras county just to show us the property was impressive enough. We put an offer in on the house and from that day until it recorded and the keys were in our hands, it took 26 days!!!!! Granted the bank was wanting to sell and we had cash, however, there were snags along the way with the bank and the title company, etc. Each time, Judy pushed to keep things rolling. Judy was excellent at keeping us in the loop as to what was happening. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
