We initially started working with Juli as our buyers agent while looking for property to buy and build a home. We looked for months for the right property and ended up finding property with a home on it already that we LOVED! We then started using Juli as our sellers agent as well because we needed to quickly sell our home in order to purchase the new property. Juli was great at marketing our house, helping us know how to stage it better, getting the word out that it was going to be listed, and helping us know what upgrades we should or shouldn't do with being time sensitive. There were some stressful times with both buying and selling but Juli was very professional and knowledgeable to handle any situation that was thrown at us. Highly recommend her, and we have already started referring her to friends and family!

I highly recommend Juli Bergquist as a real estate agent. She has extensive knowledge of the local area. She led us through the process of preparing the house to put on the market and was extremely helpful in sharing tips that would add value to the property. She went above and beyond all expectations each step of the way. We ended up be offered more than we had expected for the house and could not have been happier.

Julie was with me every step of the way on the hunt for my new home. She listened to what I was looking for . My buying situation was a challenge on time ! Once I found my home she worked extra hard to make the deal work! She always stayed in communication every step over the months ! She's honest and truly a careing person and works extra hard for her clients . I referred her to my daughter and she found my daughter a perfect home! She's professional and a good friend .

Julie is a fantastic agent. She is very knowledgeable and her experience and guidance were pivotal in our selection of the home we purchased. Julie's focus and attention, and her keeping our interests and concerns in mind, and her advocacy for us while navigating the difficult purchase process made the experience a good one.

I can't say enough about Juli’s professionalism, true caring nature, and extensive knowledge/connections. She brings all these qualities to the table for her clients, not just in the real estate transaction, but in the transition to their new home/community. I purchased a home from Juli in early 2016.  I picked Juli as my realtor not only because she was a referral but because she answered her phone on a Sunday morning and began working with me immediately. That was a good indication of the level of commitment Juli has to service. Throughout the home buying process, Juli was extremely responsive and thoughtful in her recommendations to me. I've worked with a lot of realtors, and Juli is the most service-oriented realtor I have worked with. She even welcomed me with flowers when I moved in!
