Dan and Julie were consummate professionals for the entire homebuying process which we just went through. It was not easy to find a home in Nassau County because we were looking for a ranch to retire in and really limits the homes you look at. Julie and Dan drove us all over Nassau county: Plainview, Floral Park, New Hyde Park, Franklin Square, Oceanside, Valley, Stream, Merrick, East Meadow, Bellmore... And they were always prepared with facts sheets on the properties, at times even correcting the listings’ information about real estate taxes. They would also do FOIL requests about certificates of occupancy. They would visit open houses for me and send me video when I was unavailable to go. They literally went above and beyond in every instance and were so patient and friendly about everything! Hiring them was the best decision I made in this year long house hunt!

Dan and Julie made our home buying process so easy! As first time home buyers we had tons of questions and didn’t know what to expect, but Dan and Julie made us feel so comfortable. We first met Julie Calabrese when she reached-out to us 2 years ago. We were not selling at the time, but she asked if she could stay in touch, and we said yes. Suddenly, we found ourselves in need of selling. Julie and Dan immediately responded, we signed the preliminary paperwork (Thank you, New York), and we were off and running. They immediately checked with the town building department and discovered that we had an open building permit as well as several inspection issues. We fixed those and sat down with the closing attorneys with Julie and Dan in attendance. Throughout the entire process, they made themselves available whenever we needed them.
