Julie helped us to sell our old house within 3 weeks. During the time we approached her, we has put an offer to a new house but we needed to sell our old one quickly first to make this happen. Julie came to our first interview meeting with well-prepared information, took time to understand our expectation and offered her advise on what should be done before getting ready to put it on the market. She even visited some of near-by on the market houses similar to ours to understand our competition and formulated our advantage. In the next day, she suggested a sale price which turns out to be exactly the number we sold our house at. We are very happy with the selling experience. Will work with Julie in the future when we have any real estate service need. Also will highly recommend Julie to our family and friends.

Julie was fantastic! She was patient as we were looking at homes, and when we were ready to get serious, she stepped it up. We successfuly negotiated the purchase of the home we wanted and we used her to sell our home in a week without an open house. I would absolutely recommend her for buying and selling real estate.

She is simply amazing. We followed her guidance and 20 days later went on the market. Within one month we had a significantly higher amount of visitors than the previous attempt to sell a few years before. It might have been the season, it might have been timing, but Julie was the right person at the right time the house sold within a month.

Finding a house in San Diego county can be a nightmare but Julie was a dream come true during such a stressful time in our life. She is an expert in her field, has a lot of years of experience, and made the process as easy as possible for us. Everyday she emailed us multiple listings for us to look through and was available for appointments for walk-throughs when it was convenient for our schedules. We have definitely told our family and friends about the great experience we had with Julie as our realtor. I would recommend her for everyone!!!

We connected with Julie through the Trulia app when we started our journey to buy our first home. As soon as we met her we knew she was the perfect agent for us, especially being first time home buyers. Julie is very communicative and knowledgeable. She was able and willing to answer any and all of our questions. We never felt pressured. In fact we felt like the entire process was about us, not her making the sale. She went out of her way to connect with us on a personal level and we love that! We’ve made a life-long friend in Julie and highly recommend her!
