Julie was absolutely amazing during the process of us trying to sell our home. She kept us calm when we felt defeated about the showings and not hearing any kind of feedback. When we set out to purchase our first home, we really had no idea how the process works. We found Julie via Zillow when setting up house tours and I am so happy we did! She made the whole process easy and seamless for us. She was thorough and answered any and all inquiries in a timely manner. The communication throughout was fantastic. She even informed us of some Veteran benefits we were completely unaware of! We were able to close on our new home fairly quickly. Julie Staley is THE “go-to” for anything ANYTHING related to buying or selling your home. That “extra mile” turns into at least 100 extra miles with Julie. She knows what she’s doing, she answers the easy questions, the challenging questions, and goes WAAAAY above and beyond to help families with their real estate needs. Professional, approachable, and a straight shooter. Julie’s negotiating skills are so savvy when it comes to getting her clients the best deals possible. You will want to invite her to Thanksgiving and Christmas before your real estate transactions are over and done. She is one of a kind. She is a wonderful person and takes excellent care of her buyers and sellers. ??

Julie Staley was beyond great! She worked around my busy schedule whether it was late at night or on the weekends. She listed my home for way more then I ever expected and found a buyer willing to pay above the asking price. When it was time to close she worked with me and my wife who is currently living in different state so we could close in a timely matter. Julie is a great realtor who I’d definitely recommend to anyone buying or selling in the central Texas area.
