Karen was outstanding! I was totally overwhelmed and she guided me step by step through absolutely every aspect of the sale. She got back to me right away with answers to questions. She provided excellent suggestions and check lists for the whole process. She went above and beyond with helping me obtain help with people I needed to hire for various jobs. I recommend her very highly!

Superb support over a wide-ranging geography of Mass and NH. Here are some specific strengths: --Researching a listing you have found. This includes all the necessary diligence to qualify an opportunity. --Professional interface with the Seller's agent to assure that the property is what you want to tour. --Critical evaluation of the property at time of tour. She doesn't push you to buy every house you tour. --Valuations, comps, value trends for the surrounding area. --Follow-through with your questions or concerns after you have established serious interest in the property. --Tenacious and professional interface with the seller's agent to find common ground with the seller to produce a "win-win" for both sides. --Equally tenacious attention to detail during early contract phases such as pre-purchase inspection. --P&S phase follow-up, pre-closing walkthrough, and attention to the specifics of closing (not just being there). Overall, I would rate Karen as one of the most qualified realtors I have worked with over 50 years of buying and selling residential property. Hire her as your buyer's agent!

Karen and Rebecca are the best. We worked with them to sell our property (1st time sellers), and they held our hand throughout the entire process. We're positive the final price would have been a lot lower had we not listened to their recommendations. Karen was able to tell us what to do to improve the conditions of our place, and what we didn't have to worry about. Long story short, we received 15 offers after the first open house, and our condo went for $175,000 over asking. We had also used Rebecca's team to buy the same house 5 years before, and we'll use them again if we decide to go back on the market. Not only do we highly recommend them, we encourage anyone to follow their advice and trust their process. You won't find a more professional, helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable realtor than Karen.

I was moving from the midwest, with a short window to find a new home, and I honestly don't think I could have had a more perfect agent to work with. She absolutely killed it! ?? She helped me when I felt uneasy about options, and also assuaged my fears when it felt like we might not find a place within my budget and limited time to search. She is confident in her abilities, and her communication is top notch. ?? I would work with Karen again in a heartbeat. ??

Karen made my home purchase so easy! She picked up the phone any time I needed her for advice or help with anything. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Leaving a review to thank her for helping me and my family with our first home purchase. I would definitely recommend Karen to my friends and family. Can’t thank her enough!!
