Karen was excellent to work with. She was always quick to respond and showed us so many homes. I felt she always provided honest advice on both looking for and selling our home. We also have a young son that often came to look at homes with us and Karen was very thoughtful and sweet with him. This helped so much when I worried taking him.

This is the second house we purchased with Karen. She helped us find and purchase our first house. We then had her list and sell that house and help us find our current home. Karen is amazing! She was so helpful, knowledgeable about the market and areas we were looking, honest, and hard working. She was available whenever I needed her and helped put my mind at ease when our nerves started getting the best of us. I would recommend Karen to anyone and everyone! She’s awesome!!!

I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I've had working with Karen. Nearly a decade after she helped us to buy our first home, Karen navigated us through the complexities of buying and selling simultaneously. She carries herself with such grace, poise, professionalism and confidence. She is truly a master of her craft, and has always treated us like we are her family. Karen was referred to us by one of my close friends and was such a blessing to us in finding our dream home. We sold our house pretty quickly and were eager to start our lives back in Ohio with a baby on the way! With a busy market and low inventory, we were worried we wouldn't find a house in our budget that we really loved. Karen's knowledge of the area, attentiveness to our needs, quick response and honesty led us to landing the perfect home in perfect timing.
