Pam did an amazing job showing and selling our property. She handled all the details leading up to and during the sale. I would highly recommend her to be your representative whether you are selling a property of buying a property. We chose Pam because she did an amazing job in working with our daughter in leasing her property. She was wonderful to work worth, always responsive specifically when working with our attorney in the sale of the property. She took care of everything and made the experience of selling our property pleasurable.

Being a first time home buyer can be a very intimidating and daunting process; especially in this current housing climate. Thankfully, we had Karen Landry and her team with us on every step of the way. From the first point of contact; to the final walkthrough on closing day, Karen helped us navigate a very challenging home-buying market to help us get our first home! Karen and her team made buying a home easy. Karen's attentiveness, fast responses, advice and knowledge of the market were so helpful in helping us find our home. Whether we had a question late at night, or needed help getting a question answered, she was there every step of the way. Would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Karen was an excellent agent. She was very easy to communicate with and always accessible. She helped us get a showing for a home within several hours of it going on the market. We were buying in a very competitive market and she helped us craft an offer that got the deal done. After our offer was accepted she helped us through every step of the process to get to closing.
