Kathy did an outstanding job with our land purchase. She was very professional and went out of her way to keep us updated. She even called us after hours and on weekends so we stayed informed. She was very prompt with all answers to questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was happening as we had never bought a parcel of land before. I would absolutely recommend her, she always looks out for your best interest.

Michele was amazing to have as our guide as a first time home buyers. From marathoning with us for a tight schedule to keeping us away from busy roads that we were unfamiliar with. Couldn’t be more thankful for her keeping up with me and my 10 house a day requests! She worked so efficiently in working with us, with explaining all the ends and outs and guiding us to the best options. Picking up on our quirks and helping to manage our time together. A great 50 days!

Sue is fantastic. She educated my husband and I so well on the buying process before we started looking. This made it so we were able to purchase the first house we put an offer in on. After our offer was accepted Sue and Kathy kept us up to date and made sure we were ready when it came time to close. 10/10 would recommend working with Sue and Kathy.
