We contracted with Kathy to sell our mom’s condo. She and her team went above and beyond in every step of the process. We’ve never worked with a better realtor. She had the condo cleaned and staged before showing (at no additional cost) and even helped us dispose of things through her own Market Place account. Kathy and Sue kept us apprised of all that was happening, ensured we had a smooth closing. We received multiple offers, and sold mom’s condo for significantly more than list price. We would never use a different realtor for future business!

Mary was an absolute godsend when we were left stranded by a prior realtor. We needed to find a house in one weekend, as we had to relocate for work. She knew the area we were interested in well, and she was able to craft an offer that won us the house in an ultra competitive market. Since that time she has also assisted us with staging another family members home so that it sold fast with multiple offers. She really knows her stuff and she is a pleasure to work with. She listened to us and came through with exactly what we needed in both situations.

Mary was great with setting up open houses as soon as our home was on the market. She attended all of the open houses and made sure all of the communication was answered between buyers realtors and us. We received offers at each open house! Kudos to you Mary!

Kathy did an outstanding job with our land purchase. She was very professional and went out of her way to keep us updated. She even called us after hours and on weekends so we stayed informed. She was very prompt with all answers to questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was happening as we had never bought a parcel of land before. I would absolutely recommend her, she always looks out for your best interest.
