Shane helped me and my sisters sell our father’s house after his passing. He took his time to make sure we didn’t feel rushed and also was very clear about talking us through all the options and possibilities that we had even before we chose him to be our realtor. From the start I felt that he was a very ethical realtor and had our best interests in mind; we never felt pressured to accept him or pressured to choose a process we didn’t feel comfortable with. Shane was always very responsive to our questions any time of the day and made sure we knew exactly what the steps were going to be during this house selling process. I don’t believe we could have had a smoother time selling our father’s house, and considering the difficult circumstances of why we had to sell, smoothness was exactly what we needed and wanted. It always felt that Shane was on our side, working for us and not just himself. I am very grateful to have had him and his wonderful team during such a difficult time.

Adam was amazing to work with. He gave us recommendations in getting our house ready to sell, as well as several options for us to choose from. He was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and even after closing. With his help, we were able to develop a strategy that allowed us to be under contract within 48 hours!!! He worked with us, accommodating our schedule for moving out of state, and helping ease a stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell, in fact, I recommended him to my parents to help them sell their house!

We had an unusual situation and request. It was last minute and we did not even know Rebeca at all. She dropped everything and showed us a home at the end of a long day. Rebeca was friendly, brought helpful information to the table, and amazing to communicate with. We ended up purchasing the home and we were incredibly thankful for her assistance. I will be sending others her way in the future because I know they will be taken care of.
