Kelly was very knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning. When we first met at the open house I attended, she stood out from all of the other realtors there. She was friendly,on point, patient, and very accommodating with me as I went through the house buying process for the first time. After my first contract fell through, she was very diligent in helping me find another house, and I was in contract extremely quick. I appreciated all of the help she provided, and I would definitely work with her again as well as recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Kelly knows her stuff! In a difficult situation with an estate sale, Kelly helped navigate this into a worry free transaction all while i was 2000 miles away. She communicated promptly and had great insight into the highly competitive market. She went out of her way to put us in contact with the best professionals and was a pro at coordinating them as we prepared the home for sale. The improvements and staging she suggested were spot on and resulted in an above list-price offer within one day. Even with few challenges i threw at her, she came through big time and did it all with a smile. I highly suggest Kelly for anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
