Kenn is great to work with , the best thing was that there was no pressure, we got our own time to make right decision to buy or sell and Kenn was always there whenever we needed his expert opinion.

Kenn is person with integrity, he was my agent in multiple transactions and did a very good job. If you are looking for an agent who works for your interest, Ken Blagburn is the right person.

It is my pleasure to recommend Kenn Blagburn. He is such a client advocate and is an amazing negotiator. He has deep community roots meaning he can leverage networks to find that hard to find property. He has a great manner. I was interested in a home that was less than desirable. It had foundation issues. He weighed the pros and cons with me-but allowed me to ultimately make the final decision. He made strong recommendations on how to address the issue and what the ramifications would be. He was unconcerned about the commission in this situation and more about me making a good financial investment. It worked out well. I did not ultimately get involved in the bidding war for this property and only made a financial sound offer. That property became a headache for the winner and I noticed it has changed hands several times. While I love my new home.

Absolute best in customer service!!! Kenn was up front about the process & where I fit in it. Understood my buying potential and offered expert advice on how to get the best bang for my buck. I have waited over a year to purchase; saw Kenn in passing & he absolutely rememebered me, showed top courtesy and a genuine "hello." -- I'm certainly sticking with Kenn for every purchse & would recommend him to all of DC!

Kenn has been a great resource to have. I recently moved to the D.C. area and knew I wanted to by a home however, I knew very little about the market. Kenn is not only very knowledgeable about the market here, but he also provided a great deal of expertise on other related subject matter as well.<br/><br/>I reached out to two other individuals and Kenn called me back that same evening, which was really different from the two others who just sent me an automated text message letting me know they'll contact me shortly but never did... So I really appreciate his responsiveness.<br/><br/>I have not completed the process of purchasing a home yet, but I am glad that I have someone like Kenn helping to not only educate me on the markets, the trends, and what to look out for when purchasing a home
