We used Kerissa Payne to find our retirement home. She was so patient with us going from house to house till we found the right one. She was so honest with us when I would question a house she gave me her opinion good or bad. It was more like shopping for a house with a friend but in a very professional manner. I would definitely go to Kerissa again to sell or buy a house.

Our first impression of Kerissa Payne was one who took pride in her company and staff. She presented herself as a professional. She provided information that gave us confidence that our home would be advertised in multiple places over the internet. We felt confident that her company would eventually sell our home. This style of presentation was a stark contrast compared with the first real estate company we went with. That was a nightmare that had our house tied up for a year! In spite of the issues we had with our buyer, Kerissa remained calm and professional. She negotiated her way through it all and going above and beyond to help us. Kerissa is determined and if a home can be sold she is the one to do it!

Lyle went above and beyond to help us through our first home buying experience. He was always very quick on responses and pushed the sellers agent when she lacked in quick responses. Very knowledgeable and helpful especially if you're a first time buyer. Will use him again on the next one and recommend him to others.
