This guy blew my mind with his knowledge and real estate. I’ve always been worried about working with realtors due to horror stories when it comes to honesty, but he was super transparent and honest through the entire process. I know I’m not the first person to say that buying a home can be stressful and anxiety-ridden. That’s exactly how I felt up until meeting Kevin. He took the time to work with me and my wife to help us feel comfortable with the craziness of the current housing market. He was quick to respond to every question we had no matter the time or day - seriously I don’t know when he sleeps. Kevin was pleasant and informed but not pushy. He did his homework in looking for properties and researching them. We were quite comfortable expressing our honest opinions about each property. Even when we ultimately decided not to purchase a property because the timing was not right he did not make us feel bad about our decision. When we start looking again we would not hesitate to call Kevin.
