KIM GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HER CLIENTS! Kim originally helped me purchase this home and was so helpful that I HAD to reach out to her again when it was time for me to sell it. Kim kept me informed throughout the entire selling process- kept me updated on showing appointments, relayed agent feedback after their showings, and put together accurate comps to ensure we listed my home for a realistic price. Kim handled any communication with the buyer's agent, inspection appointments, and conversations with the attorneys etc.- and while she handled things behind the scenes I was able to focus on setting up my moving arrangments. Kim always quickly answered my calls, texts, and emails whenever I had any questions, was patient, and explained everything to me with amazing detail to make sure I was up to speed and understood everything that was going on. Even after closing I had already left the state for my move and was unable to go pick up my check and Kim went above and beyond and mailed me my check! If you're thinking about buying a home or selling your home Kim is the agent you should call! Thank you for everything!!!

Kim made our home buying process really easy, we weren’t able to physically visit the homes but we trusted that she would help us find the perfect one. She responded fast, viewed the houses for us quickly, was honest and upfront; if there’s anyone you should trust with your home buying process trust Kim!

Kim was an amazing realtor. She helped me through every aspect of the buying process. My fiancé are first time home buyers and she made the process go as smoothly as it could. Kim went above and beyond on many occasions, one being helping me find transportation to and from the airport. She was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone!

Kim was amazing! This is my third time working with her. This purchase was made while I was still in Japan so I relied on her a great deal. She was upfront with everything and was my advocate. The first property, we did not feel comfortable with the inspection findings. Kim once again said to follow my gut. A typical sales agent who is working for commission would probably encourage me to make the sale, but not her. She truly represented my interests. Her knowledge and expertise was second to none. I valued loyalty and that’s why she will always be my go to Realtor. She is well established in the community so finding folks to do small jobs was not an issue at all. Her assistance goes well beyond just closing. She took it a step further by vetting and referring repair professionals for the small touches that we need to make. I couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you, Kim, for all you did for us. Truly the best.

Kim was wonderful she took the time to find the right house for my husband and I . We are closing in the next few days and the process has been smooth we will be referring her to our family and friends
