In my opinion, this has been a stressful & uneventful purchase & I have been purchasing homes for years. In my opinion, I’ve had nothing but problems with this agent & if it wasn’t for our cash purchase, this house would have fallen through. I had requested the seller to pay all settlement fees since we were doing a cash buy & at closing, we still had to pay for those fees. She also had forgotten about the settlement date, arriving a day early, after sending me a reminder text a few days prior, which she then told me no one reminded her of the actual date (the purchase from start to finish was 2 weeks). She had requested a cashiers check for the down payment & when I asked her who it would be made out to, she took 3 hours to respond, requiring me to go back to the bank minutes before they closed and had to skip work since she said I must get the check now. When asked, there was no disclosure of the house attached, where after the purchase, the tenant had said there were holes in the house and the washer didn’t work. After asking about how much money to bring to closing, she had given me the number to the attorney and mentioned it was on me to ask those questions. After purchasing the house, I had questions about the tenants documents necessary to continue my business & she gave me the number to the wholeseller and said she didn’t want to be a part of getting me those documents. I will not work with her again in the future.

I have been so busy, but finally have sat down to take a moment to thank Kim Jenkins REMAX REALTY . Thank you girl for helping me through the last 2 months of house searching, 2 contracts signed and voided due to me backing out of contracts due to inspection fails , and lord I spent money on inspections that disappointed me but worth every dime . I know there were times I may have been to way too picky about the cabinets, floors, even when I was probably not so happy just stressed about it all. You knew I was on my own and I needed a home that was turn key , how important it was to keep Parker in same school district without disrupting his routine, safety for him, and knew what I was willing to spend. I really can’t say enough good things about your loyalty. To anyone looking to buy a home. My reference to you is Kim. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, I felt like I was on bidding wars. Man. It was so stressful. It was a real pleasure to work with someone whose primary interest was to find me what I wanted, rather than trying to get me into something that was easy for her to just say I sold a house. She cared. I know I was not your easiet client. I really appreciated you Kim with the help in navigating the myriad of paperwork needed to close the deal within our short time frame. Thank you for always being by my side or just a phone call away (and there were MANY). You always took the time to call me, kept me in the loop, and updated me on every step of the process; from start to closing (and even afterwards)! It has truly been a pleasure working with a knowledgeable, compassionate, and tolerant person such as yourself. We will not only be references for life, but also friends. From the bottom of my heart, thank you ??Amy

Simply put, AMAZING! We worked with Kim for almost a year. Although we live in Pittsburgh, Pa and were looking for a second home, Kim always treated us as neighbors. She is patient, understanding, and when needed, the voice of reason and reassurance. She went above and beyond in every respect. It's obvious to us she loves being a realtor...we consider her to be both friend and family. If you desire a realtor with outstanding knowledge and superior people skills, she will not disappoint. On a final note, she does not quit after the sale...she is ready to offer additional expertise in regards to post-purchase requirements (insurance, landscaping, lawn service, home security, and other building needs).

I would recommend Kim to any and everyone I come across . She was very knowledgeable about her job and she knew exactly what my husband and I were looking for . She helped us get into our first home in a weeks time. When we had questions during the process , she was very responsive and QUICK with us . We didn't feel like we were a bother , she made us feel like we were family, and I really liked that . She didn't hesitate to get us in the house we love , and get us the help we needed. So if you are ever thinking or purchasing your first home , or selling give Kim a call she will help you . ??

Kim was our savior. We sold our house in Virginia and delt with the wrong Realtors in North Carolina until we met Kim. She found us a rental within a day and gave us her complete attention. We are only renting temporarily but we plan on buying. When we do, Kim will be our go to realtor. Thank you again Kim.
